Zeus the god that was the king of all gods and his first wife Metis were the parents of Athena. When Metis gave birth to Athena her next child would be a boy and would take Zeus’ spot as king. Zeus didn’t want that to happen so he swallowed Metis. A while later A Hephaestus cut his forehead with an ax and Athena came out fully-grown and with armor.
Athena helps many heroes. Some were Jason the son of Aeson, and Perseus the son of Zeus and Danae.
Athena will never have a husband or children because she is not in touch with her feminine side to have enough feelings to love someone enough to have children. Although she did mother a child name Erichthonius.
She helps people in need of help defending their land and homes. She helped Odysseus fight the suitors trying to take his spot as king and his wife.
One of Athena's symbols was the Olive tree.
Athena invented a horse-bit so men could tame horses and uses them for their work and to ride them.
Athena is the goddess of wisdom and war. She is the goddess of wisdom because her father gave some to her.
Athena is Zeus’, king of all gods, favorite child and he lets her use his lightning bolt.
Athena was associated with peace and wisdom even though she was the goddess of war. She didn’t really live to kill people. She wanted to help people in need of help.
Another one of Athena's symbols was the owl.
Athena has an owl that follows her around. The owl symbolizes wisdom because of its eyes light up in the dark so it is said you can see their “inner light” or their wisdom. Its because of the wise eyes Athena’s favorite animal is the owl.
The olive tree, which Athena made to help her win the position as the patron of the Greek city of Athena’s. Which she had to beat Poseidon to be able to be the patron.
Explanation I chose a slow start as a symbol of the start of a war then as it picks up men are fighting in the war and people are dying. I use different font colors to make the information stand out a little bit.
